Cindy Lofton is amazing!! I couldn’t imagine having insurance through anyone else!! She has always gone above and beyond for us. She returns our calls in a very timely manner. Last September my husband had a wreck and totaled his truck. Cindy handled everything for us so we didn’t have to worry about it. She called us before we left the ER with a claim number, that is top-notch customer service!
